Color Focus Privacy Policy

Color Focus uses Google's Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to collect:

• Feature usage, such as which controls and formats are used.
• Crash reports and diagnostics, such as error details and performance measurements.
• Random installation IDs, which reset when you delete and reinstall the app.
• Approximate location (country, region and city), which Google estimates from your IP address. Color Focus never reads your device's location.

Color Focus has no accounts and attaches no user ID, so none of this is linked to your identity.

Google processes this data on our behalf:

• Retention: crash data is kept for 90 days. Analytics data tied to an installation ID is kept for up to 14 months; after that, only overall totals, such as daily user counts, remain.
• Security: data is encrypted in transit, and Firebase is certified to ISO 27001 and SOC 1, 2 and 3 security standards.
• Location: data may be processed and stored in Google's facilities worldwide, including the United States.

Analytics and crash reporting work only while you're using Color Focus. There's no setting to turn them off; deleting the app stops them, and reinstalling resets its IDs. Because the data isn't linked to you, we can't tell which data is yours, so we can't delete it on request. Instead, it's removed automatically as described above.

If a new version of Color Focus changes our practices, we'll update this policy and the App Privacy details on our App Store page, and the app will tell you the first time you open that version.
